View detailsAs a leading global manufacturer of Construction equipments, we offer advanced, reasonable solutions for any size-reduction requirements including quality.

HAMAC is a Chinese construction-machinery group founded in 2005. Across two decades we have grown into an integrated supplier of crushing and screening plants, concrete batching plants, concrete mixers, concrete pumps and placing booms, self-loading mixers, precast concrete equipment, dry-mortar plants, earthmoving machines and industrial grinding mills. Equipment is engineered, assembled and load-tested in our own workshops, then shipped to more than 80 countries from the ports of Qingdao, Shanghai and Tianjin.
HAMAC was founded in 2005 as a concrete machinery workshop and has grown over 20 years into an integrated supplier covering aggregate production, concrete production, concrete handling and precast manufacturing. That breadth matters in practice: a contractor building a ready-mix plant rarely needs a single machine, they need a crusher that feeds the right aggregate curve, a batching plant that holds its weighing tolerance, and pumps that reach the pour without blocking. We build all three, so the interfaces between them are designed rather than improvised on site.
We do not broker third-party equipment. Every structure, drum, boom, chassis and control panel leaves our own workshop with a serial number, and that serial number is tied to the drawing revision, the weld map and the component batch used to build it. Ten years later we can still tell a customer exactly which liner, seal or bearing their machine was built with.
20 years of continuous engineering and export experience.
Installations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Oceania, Eastern Europe.
Local engineers and wear-part stock in the Philippines, Indonesia, Peru, Ethiopia.
Design, fabrication, assembly and load testing under one management system.
How a workshop making mixing drums became a supplier to six continents.
HAMAC started with mixing drums and small batching units for the domestic Chinese market.
Concrete mixers and batching plants shipped to Southeast Asia, beginning the export business.
Trailer pumps and placing booms added, turning HAMAC into a concrete-handling supplier rather than a mixer maker.
Jaw, impact and cone crushers plus vibrating screens added so customers could source aggregate and concrete equipment together.
Local engineers and wear-part stock established in the Philippines, Indonesia, Peru and Ethiopia.
Block lines, pole lines, slipform pavers and dry-mortar plants brought into the standard catalogue.
More than 2,000 machines delivered worldwide, with ten-year spare-parts traceability on every serial number.
Six functions kept under one roof, which is why we can answer technical questions without calling a supplier first.
In-house mechanical, hydraulic and electrical design. Every order starts from a project-specific drawing set rather than a catalogue configuration.
CNC cutting, submerged-arc and shielded welding to documented procedures, with non-destructive testing on load-bearing welds.
Each machine is assembled complete and run under load for a full production cycle before release for packing.
Shot blasting to Sa 2.5, epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat — specified for coastal and high-humidity markets.
Panels, VFDs, PLC control and weighing systems built and commissioned in the same facility.
Steel skids, VCI film, desiccant and fumigated timber crates, with container and break-bulk loading plans prepared in advance.

Documentation is part of the product, not an afterthought added when the customer asks.
Documented procedures cover design review, incoming material control, in-process inspection and final acceptance.
Machinery supplied to EU projects is delivered with a technical file, declaration of conformity and risk assessment.
Mill certificates are retained for every load-bearing plate used in a chassis, silo or boom.
Hydraulic circuits are tested at 1.25x working pressure and the test sheet ships with the machine.
Every delivered machine is filed by serial number with its drawing revision, weld map and component batch list.
Third-party inspectors are welcomed; we provide the test schedule and documentation pack in advance.
