Concrete Block Making Plant

HAMAC QT series of brick making machine is a concrete block making equipment. By changing the moulds, it can produce diverse kinds of concrete wall blocks, such as: insulating block, hollow block, holes block, solid block; and paver blocks, such as: interlock block, Dutch block, curb; as well as concrete members, dry base brick, planter bricks, fence block for parks, air port and wharf, etc. This equipment is the most advanced, reliable machine for making high quality, high intensity concrete blocks or fly-ash bricks. Multiple producing lines with different configurations can satisfy clients

What Defines a Good Block Making Machines

A Concrete Block Making Plant converts zero-slump concrete into saleable units in about 20 seconds: the mould fills, the press head descends while the table vibrates, the green product is demoulded onto a pallet and moves to curing. Everything after that is handling and logistics.

HAMAC builds both egg-layer machines — economical, no pallets, output onto the floor — and full stationary pallet plants with finger cars, elevators and curing racks for higher volume and better surface finish. Mixing is matched to the machine by either a planetary or a pan mixer.

PLC recipe control

Operators select the product and the machine sets vibration, fill time and press parameters automatically.

Quick mould change

Moulds swap in roughly 20 minutes, allowing mixed product runs in one shift.

Ready spare-parts kit

A consumable and wear-parts package ships with every machine to cover the first production months.

Buying Questions Answered

Which model should I start with?
For roughly 8,000-10,000 blocks per shift an QT4-15 class machine is mainstream; above 20,000 units per shift consider an QT8-15 or larger pallet plant.
How quickly does it pay back?
Most customers report 8-18 months depending on local block prices, shift pattern and raw material cost.
Do I need pallets?
Egg-layer machines do not use pallets; stationary plants do, and pallet cost and life should be factored into the model comparison.
What about cement content?
Typically 8-12% by weight for hollow blocks depending on the required strength and aggregate quality.
