The truck-mounted concrete boom pump is a high efficient concrete conveying equipment combined with delivering, pumping, placing etc. The boom covers high reliability, economy, safety, durability, owning reasonable matching of Chassis, power, electric control and hydraulic pump system.

What Defines a Good Concrete Mixer Pumps

A Truck Concrete Pump Boom puts a drum mixer and a concrete pump on one chassis. One diesel engine drives both; one operator controls both; and the truck that would have carried two machines now carries one. For township housing, rural roads, small commercial buildings and repair works, that combination is often the only economic way to pump concrete at all.

The concept is simple but the engineering is not — the pump needs a continuous, well-mixed, correctly slumped feed. HAMAC mixer pumps therefore use a dedicated mixing drum with a hydraulic-driven agitator, followed by an S-tube valve pump with a hopper that keeps the pump cylinders primed.

Fast set-up

Hydraulic outriggers and folding pipeline mean production begins within about 30 minutes of arrival.

Diesel independence

Runs where site power does not exist, with electric-motor variants available for fixed yards.

Two machines, one footprint

Mixing and pumping in a single towed or truck-mounted unit dramatically reduces mobilisation cost.

Buying Questions Answered

How many workers does it need?
Normally three: one at the remote control at the placement point, one managing the feed, and one finishing the concrete.
Is it difficult to clean?
No. A wash-out port, sponge ball and water tank are standard, and full cleaning takes about 20 minutes.
Can I use it as a standalone mixer?
Yes — many customers discharge directly into wheelbarrows or a skip when pumping is not needed.
Can the pump handle pumped mixes with 40 mm aggregate?
Models with larger valve openings accept up to 40 mm crushed stone, provided the mix has adequate fines content and slump stays above 120 mm.
