What Defines a Good Concrete Pumps & Placing Booms

Concrete has to arrive at the formwork continuously and without segregation. That is the entire purpose of this product family: Concrete Pumping Plant equipment takes plastic concrete from a truck or mixer and delivers it horizontally along a pipeline or vertically through a placed boom, at a rate the finishing crew can absorb.

Selection depends on three numbers — peak m³/h required, horizontal distance, and vertical height — plus an honest look at the mix: aggregate shape, fines content and slump determine whether a given pipeline length is achievable at all.

Do I need a special mix design for pumping?
