Concrete Batching Plant

Concrete batching plant is designed by HAMAC group, which adopts the advantages of various different concrete mixers and advanced technology. The complete plant includes aggregate batcher, aggregate transporting system, cement storage and transporting system, water and additive supplying system, weighting system, mixing system, electrical control system and pneumatic system etc. It is a fully automatic controlled concrete batching plant. Its structure is reasonable, performance is well and reliable, operated easily, weighing accurate. It is suitable for the various projects such as road, bridge, port, airport and dam etc.

What Defines a Good Concrete Batching Plants

Configuration is driven by real numbers: target hourly output, number of aggregate bins, cement silo capacity, available power and whether you need a winter heating package for low ambient temperatures. Those answers determine the mixer size, aggregate storage volume and the concrete discharge height.

HAMAC builds Concrete Batching Plant units in three layouts: stationary (bolted or foundation-mounted), mobile units that fold onto one chassis and tow to the next site, and compact dry-mix skip-hoist plants for remote jobs where a belt conveyor is not practical. Each uses the same weighing hardware and the same control platform, so operators can move between them without retraining.

Weighing accuracy held to ±1%

Independent load cells per aggregate, per cement and per water line, with automatic drip compensation on every batch.

Traceable batch records

Every batch logs mix design, actual weights, moisture correction and truck number, exportable for quality audits.

Fast site transfer

Mobile versions fold with silo and conveyor attached; one tractor unit and one day are enough to be pouring again.

Buying Questions Answered

What about very hot or very cold weather?
For hot climates we offer chiller units and flake ice weighing; for cold climates, aggregate heating, hot water boilers and enclosure cladding.
Is the control system available in my language?
The interface supports English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian and Vietnamese; other languages can be added on request.
How long does installation take?
A mobile plant is producing within 2-3 days. A stationary plant typically needs 15-25 days including foundation curing.
Should I choose wet-mix or dry-mix?
Wet-mix (central mix) gives better homogeneity, lower cement consumption for the same strength and faster discharge cycles — it is the normal choice for ready-mix. Dry-mix costs less and moves more easily, and works well when trucks mix en route on short hauls.
