Support & Service
Actively listen to customer needs and sincerely provide satisfactory services. Relying on our more than 20 years of R&D and production experience, we provide.

What Support Means at HAMAC
Concrete machinery earns its money on site, not in the brochure. A batching plant that drifts out of weighing tolerance, a pump that loses pressure at the end of a long boom, or a crusher whose liners wear in half the expected hours will cost far more than the machine itself. Our support programme is built around preventing those three outcomes.
Every HAMAC machine ships with a documentation pack — foundation drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, parts manual and an operation and maintenance book. That pack is what makes remote support possible: when you send a photo and a symptom, our engineers are looking at the same drawing you are.
Service Scope
Six areas of cover, from first start-up to capacity upgrades years later.
Installation supervision
A HAMAC engineer attends site for foundation check, erection, alignment and first start-up.
Operator and maintenance training
Classroom plus hands-on training covering daily checks, lubrication, wear-part replacement and fault diagnosis.
Spare parts supply
Wear parts held for at least ten years. Consumables are stocked regionally to shorten downtime.
Remote diagnostics
Photos, videos and log data reviewed by the engineering team; most electrical and hydraulic faults are resolved without a site visit.
Warranty handling
Clear warranty terms with a named contact, and parts dispatched before the failed component is returned.
Retrofit and capacity upgrades
Silo additions, mixer upgrades, control system retrofits and pumping capacity increases on existing plants.
From Enquiry to Commissioning
Six defined stages, each with named deliverables, so nothing is left to interpretation.
Requirement study
We start with your mix design, hourly output target, aggregate size, jobsite power supply and site layout — not with a catalogue page.
Scheme design
Our engineering team issues a layout drawing, foundation loads, power requirement and an equipment list matched to the target output.
Quotation & contract
A fixed specification quotation with clear technical annexes protects both sides; no vague "standard configuration" wording.
Production & inspection
Weekly production photos, welding and pressure test records, plus third-party inspection if your project requires it.
Delivery & installation
Container or break-bulk shipment, then on-site supervision of assembly, alignment, calibration and dry-run.
After-sales
Remote diagnostics by video call, spare parts dispatch within 48 hours for stocked items, and periodic return visits.
Quality Control Checkpoints
Checkpoint 1
Raw material certificates for all load-bearing steel plates
Checkpoint 2
Ultrasonic or magnetic particle testing on critical welds
Checkpoint 3
Shot blasting to Sa 2.5 followed by epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat
Checkpoint 4
Hydraulic systems pressure-tested at 1.25x working pressure
Checkpoint 5
Electrical cabinets assembled to IP54 or better with labelled terminals
Checkpoint 6
Mixers and pumps run for 4 hours minimum under load before release
Packing & Shipping Standard
Standard 1
Export standard: steel skid, VCI anti-rust film, fumigated timber crate
Standard 2
Break-bulk, flat rack and 40HQ container loading plans prepared in advance
Standard 3
Main ports: Qingdao, Shanghai, Tianjin, Lianyungang
Standard 4
Typical lead time: 15-35 working days for standard models
Standard 5
Full set of documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, CE files
Spare Parts Programme
Ten-year availability, tracked by serial number
Wear parts for every delivered machine remain available for at least ten years. Because each machine is filed by serial number with its drawing revision and component batch, we can identify the correct liner, seal, bearing or valve without a guessing game.
- Consumables and high-wear components stocked in the Philippines, Indonesia, Peru, Ethiopia
- Common wear parts dispatched within 48 hours
- Recommended spare-parts list issued with the quotation, not after the sale
- Operating cost per cubic metre or per tonne estimated before you buy
Common Support Questions
What should I do if the machine stops on site?
How quickly can wear parts be dispatched?
Do you offer commissioning on site?
Is operator training included?
