Factory-blended mortar has replaced site mixing on most organised markets, and a Dry Mix Mortar Plant is what makes it possible: dried sand is screened and graded, cement, lime or gypsum and additives are weighed, then everything is blended to a homogeneity that cannot be achieved in a site mixer.
Each line is configured by product portfolio: masonry mortar, plastering and rendering mixes, tile adhesives, self-levelling compounds, thermal insulation mortar, waterproofing slurries and gypsum-based products.
