What to Include in Your Enquiry
Four pieces of information turn a generic quotation into a usable one.
Required output
m³/h for batching or pumping, tph for crushing, or m³ per day for a site-based mixer fleet.
Material characteristics
Aggregate size and type, cement brand, slump requirement, and whether manufactured sand or river sand will be used.
Site conditions
Available power (kW, voltage, phases), water supply, access road width and whether the plant will be relocated.
Destination port
Nearest seaport or inland dry port, plus whether you need CIF, CFR or FOB terms.

How fast will I receive a quotation?
A complete technical and commercial proposal is normally issued within one working day, provided the required output, material and site power supply are known.
What is the typical production lead time?
Standard models ship in 15-35 working days. Customised plants, long booms and complete crushing lines take 45-70 working days depending on configuration.
Do you accept small or single-machine orders?
Yes. Single machines are welcome, and we also supply complete packaged plants with layout drawings and foundation loads.
Which payment terms do you work with?
T/T is standard, with L/C at sight available for larger orders. Terms are confirmed case by case with the contract.
Can you send drawings before I order?
Yes. Layout drawings, foundation loads, power requirements and the equipment list are issued with the quotation, not after the order.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on the main machine. Wear parts are excluded but are stocked and priced separately.
