View detailsThe stabilized soil will be used as base of high quality road. This project is in New Zealand. Because in the developed countries, they have a higher quality.

Configuration is driven by real numbers: target hourly output, number of aggregate bins, cement silo capacity, available power and whether you need a winter heating package for low ambient temperatures. Those answers determine the mixer size, aggregate storage volume and the concrete discharge height.
HAMAC builds WEC600 Stabilized soil mixing plant in New Zealand units in three layouts: stationary (bolted or foundation-mounted), mobile units that fold onto one chassis and tow to the next site, and compact dry-mix skip-hoist plants for remote jobs where a belt conveyor is not practical. Each uses the same weighing hardware and the same control platform, so operators can move between them without retraining.
Most enquiries we receive start after a fleet problem — a pump that loses pressure on long booms, a mixer whose drum liners wear prematurely, a batching plant whose weighing tolerance drifts. Each of those has an engineering answer, and that answer belongs in the design stage rather than in the warranty claim.
Twin-shaft for high-strength and pumped mixes, planetary for precast and coloured concrete, pan for dry-cast block production.
Bolted silos with cartridge filters, level indicators and aeration pads that keep cement flowing in humid weather.
Mobile versions fold with silo and conveyor attached; one tractor unit and one day are enough to be pouring again.
Independent load cells per aggregate, per cement and per water line, with automatic drip compensation on every batch.
Every batch logs mix design, actual weights, moisture correction and truck number, exportable for quality audits.
Optional chilled water plant, ice weighing and aggregate shading keep concrete below 30°C on Gulf and African jobsites.
Indicative ranges for standard configurations. Final values are confirmed against your project requirements.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Type | Stationary / mobile / dry-mix skip hoist / containerised |
| Theoretical output | 25 - 240 m³/h |
| Mixer | Twin-shaft JS500-JS4000, planetary MP250-MP3000, or truck-mix discharge |
| Aggregate bins | 2, 3 or 4 compartments, 8 - 30 m³ each |
| Weighing accuracy | Aggregate ±2%, cement ±1%, water ±1%, admixture ±1% |
| Discharge height | 3.8 - 4.2 m standard, higher on request |
| Cement silo | 50 - 300 t bolted silo, optional split silo for fly ash |
| Control system | Industrial PC + PLC, dual-screen, manual/auto switching, remote diagnostics |
On typical projects this equipment is selected where output reliability governs the whole schedule.
Mobile plants moved along the alignment as paving advances
Consistent low-slump or zero-slump mixes feeding block machines and moulds
Dedicated on-site plants for dams, bridges, airports and rail corridors
High-volume, sulphate-resistant mixes placed by pump or tremie
Captive plants producing mass fill, shotcrete and foundation concrete
Six defined stages, each with named deliverables, so nothing is left to interpretation.
We start with your mix design, hourly output target, aggregate size, jobsite power supply and site layout — not with a catalogue page.
Our engineering team issues a layout drawing, foundation loads, power requirement and an equipment list matched to the target output.
A fixed specification quotation with clear technical annexes protects both sides; no vague "standard configuration" wording.
Weekly production photos, welding and pressure test records, plus third-party inspection if your project requires it.
Container or break-bulk shipment, then on-site supervision of assembly, alignment, calibration and dry-run.
Remote diagnostics by video call, spare parts dispatch within 48 hours for stocked items, and periodic return visits.
