View detailsConcrete Block Making Machine Moulds from HAMAC - a Chinese manufacturer established in 2005. Stationary, mobile and dry-mix batching plants from 25 to 240 m³/h Send your output requirement and get a matched proposal within one working day.

A concrete block making machine moulds is the heart of any ready-mix operation. Aggregates are stored in bins, weighed on load cells, transferred by skip hoist or belt conveyor, then discharged together with cement, water and admixtures into either a twin-shaft mixer or — on dry-mix layouts — straight into the truck drum. Holding that sequence inside a ±1% weighing tolerance, hour after hour, is what separates a plant that sells concrete from a plant that makes complaints.
Configuration is driven by real numbers: target hourly output, number of aggregate bins, cement silo capacity, available power and whether you need a winter heating package for low ambient temperatures. Those answers determine the mixer size, aggregate storage volume and the concrete discharge height.
Buyers usually compare two things: whether the machine will hold its rated output on a hot day with damp aggregates, and whether anyone will answer the phone in year three. HAMAC designs for both.
Every batch logs mix design, actual weights, moisture correction and truck number, exportable for quality audits.
Bolted silos with cartridge filters, level indicators and aeration pads that keep cement flowing in humid weather.
Independent load cells per aggregate, per cement and per water line, with automatic drip compensation on every batch.
Twin-shaft for high-strength and pumped mixes, planetary for precast and coloured concrete, pan for dry-cast block production.
Optional chilled water plant, ice weighing and aggregate shading keep concrete below 30°C on Gulf and African jobsites.
Mobile versions fold with silo and conveyor attached; one tractor unit and one day are enough to be pouring again.
Indicative ranges for standard configurations. Final values are confirmed against your project requirements.

The applications below reflect the situations in which HAMAC customers most commonly deploy it.
High-volume, sulphate-resistant mixes placed by pump or tremie
Mobile plants moved along the alignment as paving advances
Dedicated on-site plants for dams, bridges, airports and rail corridors
Feeding a fleet of mixer trucks in a metropolitan supply radius
Consistent low-slump or zero-slump mixes feeding block machines and moulds

Six defined stages, each with named deliverables, so nothing is left to interpretation.
We start with your mix design, hourly output target, aggregate size, jobsite power supply and site layout — not with a catalogue page.
Our engineering team issues a layout drawing, foundation loads, power requirement and an equipment list matched to the target output.
A fixed specification quotation with clear technical annexes protects both sides; no vague "standard configuration" wording.
Weekly production photos, welding and pressure test records, plus third-party inspection if your project requires it.
Container or break-bulk shipment, then on-site supervision of assembly, alignment, calibration and dry-run.
Remote diagnostics by video call, spare parts dispatch within 48 hours for stocked items, and periodic return visits.
