Factory-blended mortar has replaced site mixing on most organised markets, and a dry mortar machine is what makes it possible: dried sand is screened and graded, cement, lime or gypsum and additives are weighed, then everything is blended to a homogeneity that cannot be achieved in a site mixer.
HAMAC supplies three layouts. The tower plant puts all silos above the mixer for a compact footprint and gravity flow. The stepped layout places raw material storage at ground level with bucket-elevator feeding — cheaper foundations and easier maintenance. The compact "stepped mini" version serves smaller markets with outputs around 5-15 t/h.
Buyers usually compare two things: whether the machine will hold its rated output on a hot day with damp aggregates, and whether anyone will answer the phone in year three. HAMAC designs for both.
