View detailsSany Concrete Pump from HAMAC - a Chinese manufacturer established in 2005. Combined mixing and pumping units for sites too small for two machines Send your output requirement and get a matched proposal within one working day.

A sany concrete pump puts a drum mixer and a concrete pump on one chassis. One diesel engine drives both; one operator controls both; and the truck that would have carried two machines now carries one. For township housing, rural roads, small commercial buildings and repair works, that combination is often the only economic way to pump concrete at all.
The concept is simple but the engineering is not — the pump needs a continuous, well-mixed, correctly slumped feed. HAMAC mixer pumps therefore use a dedicated mixing drum with a hydraulic-driven agitator, followed by an S-tube valve pump with a hopper that keeps the pump cylinders primed.
Choosing a sany concrete pump is rarely decided by the price tag alone. Downtime, concrete quality consistency, fuel consumption per cubic metre and the availability of wear parts across a five-year operating window matter far more to the final cost per tonne or per cubic metre produced.
Pipelines carry concrete horizontally or vertically to slabs and columns the truck cannot reach.
Mixing and pumping in a single towed or truck-mounted unit dramatically reduces mobilisation cost.
Lower fuel burn and smaller crew compared with running a separate mixer and pump.
Hydraulic outriggers and folding pipeline mean production begins within about 30 minutes of arrival.
Cable or radio remote lets a single worker control pour rate from the placement point.
Runs where site power does not exist, with electric-motor variants available for fixed yards.
Indicative ranges for standard configurations. Final values are confirmed against your project requirements.

Field experience across our export markets shows a clear pattern of applications.
Second-stage pours above the first floor using pipeline risers
Continuous supply to formwork in confined sites
Foundations, slabs and columns for small to medium residential projects
Short, frequent pours inside existing structures
Large horizontal pours where placing boom reach is sufficient

Six defined stages, each with named deliverables, so nothing is left to interpretation.
We start with your mix design, hourly output target, aggregate size, jobsite power supply and site layout — not with a catalogue page.
Our engineering team issues a layout drawing, foundation loads, power requirement and an equipment list matched to the target output.
A fixed specification quotation with clear technical annexes protects both sides; no vague "standard configuration" wording.
Weekly production photos, welding and pressure test records, plus third-party inspection if your project requires it.
Container or break-bulk shipment, then on-site supervision of assembly, alignment, calibration and dry-run.
Remote diagnostics by video call, spare parts dispatch within 48 hours for stocked items, and periodic return visits.
