HAMAC builds Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer units in three layouts: stationary (bolted or foundation-mounted), mobile units that fold onto one chassis and tow to the next site, and compact dry-mix skip-hoist plants for remote jobs where a belt conveyor is not practical. How much land does the plant need?

How long does installation take?

What about very hot or very cold weather?
For hot climates we offer chiller units and flake ice weighing; for cold climates, aggregate heating, hot water boilers and enclosure cladding.
Should I choose wet-mix or dry-mix?
Wet-mix (central mix) gives better homogeneity, lower cement consumption for the same strength and faster discharge cycles — it is the normal choice for ready-mix. Dry-mix costs less and moves more easily, and works well when trucks mix en route on short hauls.
