Inset Slipform Paver - Precast Concrete Equipment

Slipform paving is the mobile branch of the same discipline — the paver extrudes concrete continuously against a prepared base, forming kerbs, barriers, channels or slabs at walking speed without discrete moulds.

HAMAC engineers complete lines rather than isolated machines: batching and mixing, mould filling and vibration, curing chambers or yard stacking, demoulding and product handling are designed together so that no station starves or blocks the next.

Buyers usually compare two things: whether the machine will hold its rated output on a hot day with damp aggregates, and whether anyone will answer the phone in year three. HAMAC designs for both.

Key Advantages of Inset Slipform Paver

Repeatable dimensional accuracy

Steel moulds and controlled vibration hold tolerances that cast-in-place work cannot match.

Modular expansion

Additional moulds, curing capacity or handling cranes are added later without rebuilding the line.

Weather-independent output

Production continues through rain and heat; curing is managed rather than hoped for.

Steam or natural curing

Chamber curing reaches demould strength in hours, shrinking the mould inventory needed.

Consistent finish quality

Board-formed, exposed aggregate or coloured finishes stay uniform across the whole project.

Lower labour per unit

A small crew produces hundreds of identical units per shift once the cycle is balanced.

Technical Parameters

Indicative ranges for standard configurations. Final values are confirmed against your project requirements.

From Enquiry to Commissioning

Six defined stages, each with named deliverables, so nothing is left to interpretation.

Requirement study

We start with your mix design, hourly output target, aggregate size, jobsite power supply and site layout — not with a catalogue page.

Scheme design

Our engineering team issues a layout drawing, foundation loads, power requirement and an equipment list matched to the target output.

Quotation & contract

A fixed specification quotation with clear technical annexes protects both sides; no vague "standard configuration" wording.

Production & inspection

Weekly production photos, welding and pressure test records, plus third-party inspection if your project requires it.

Delivery & installation

Container or break-bulk shipment, then on-site supervision of assembly, alignment, calibration and dry-run.

After-sales

Remote diagnostics by video call, spare parts dispatch within 48 hours for stocked items, and periodic return visits.

Frequently Asked Questions about Inset Slipform Paver

How long does commissioning take?
Generally 20-30 days including installation, dry runs and operator training on the first production batch.
Can the line make several product types?
Yes — changing moulds changes the product; most customers run three to five product families on one line.
What is the power requirement?
Depending on capacity, typically 80-250 kW connected load; a full line design sheet is issued with the quotation.
Do you design the factory layout too?
Yes. We provide plant layout, foundation drawings, material flow design and utility requirements before installation.
Are moulds included?
A starter set is included; additional moulds can be supplied any time because we keep mould drawings permanently on file.
