20-40 ton/h Dry Mortar Mixing Plant
Engineering, manufacturing and after-sales support for 20-40 ton/h Dry Mortar Mixing Plant — specification, layout and quotation.
View detailsHAMAC stepped type dry mix plant and dry mix mortar mixer adopts a rational stepped structural layout, integrating a full set of core equipment: cement silo.

Each line is configured by product portfolio: masonry mortar, plastering and rendering mixes, tile adhesives, self-levelling compounds, thermal insulation mortar, waterproofing slurries and gypsum-based products.
HAMAC supplies three layouts. The tower plant puts all silos above the mixer for a compact footprint and gravity flow. The stepped layout places raw material storage at ground level with bucket-elevator feeding — cheaper foundations and easier maintenance. The compact "stepped mini" version serves smaller markets with outputs around 5-15 t/h.
Choosing a 40-60 ton/h Dry Mortar Mixing Plant is rarely decided by the price tag alone. Downtime, concrete quality consistency, fuel consumption per cubic metre and the availability of wear parts across a five-year operating window matter far more to the final cost per tonne or per cubic metre produced.
Up to 200 stored formulations with automatic trace ingredient dosing.
Valve bag packers, jumbo bag stations and robot palletisers complete the line.
Pulse-jet cartridge filters at every transfer point keep the plant inside emission limits.
Tower, stepped or compact — matched to your land area and budget.
Rotary drum dryers bring moisture below 0.5% so the blend is stable in storage.
Ploughshare or single-shaft paddle mixers deliver uniform additive distribution batch after batch.
Indicative ranges for standard configurations. Final values are confirmed against your project requirements.

Adhesive and base-coat mortars for ETICS applications
Specialised blends with controlled particle grading
Machine-applied and hand-applied gypsum or cement plasters

Six defined stages, each with named deliverables, so nothing is left to interpretation.
We start with your mix design, hourly output target, aggregate size, jobsite power supply and site layout — not with a catalogue page.
Our engineering team issues a layout drawing, foundation loads, power requirement and an equipment list matched to the target output.
A fixed specification quotation with clear technical annexes protects both sides; no vague "standard configuration" wording.
Weekly production photos, welding and pressure test records, plus third-party inspection if your project requires it.
Container or break-bulk shipment, then on-site supervision of assembly, alignment, calibration and dry-run.
Remote diagnostics by video call, spare parts dispatch within 48 hours for stocked items, and periodic return visits.
